Any way to control which hashtags get sent with tweet?

I’m using the #tags# shortcode in my tweet template.

Is there a way to control what tags actual get used. It is alphabetical but not always the most relevant ones.

I’m assuming the only way is to add the tag I want to the custom tweet box for each post I create
