Once an IP gets into our database, it will remain there for about an hour. There is no way to remove it.

You can use the whitelisting feature on the settings page to ensure that an IP never gets into our database.

Cool, I am trying to rule out some problems in connectivity I have had with a customer.
I think I can safely say BruteProtect is not a problem if th ip in the db only for one hour.
