Any way to center YouTube/Vimeo shortcode embeds?

You can align with css. Add this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

.videofit {
    margin: 0 auto;
}

Again, you would just need more specific css.

How would you go about doing that? I’m assuming you change the .postid to something else…but what, exactly? Is each video given some sort of identifier in Virtue?

Come to think of it, I don’t believe you can select specific videos with css. I would recommend using page builder and create rows with different columns and add your videos to that.
