Any way to block an email from purchasing?

    I have someone who keeps purchasing my digital software via Paypal Express then requesting a refund to try using my software for free. Any way to block him from future purchasing?

    Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching us! ??

    If you’re requiring users to login first, you should be able to block him using a little plugin like this:

    If visitors are able to purchase your digital downloads, then I’m afraid that there isn’t any safe way of doing this and you should manually decide if you want to process any refunds.
