[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] Add thumbnails when using 'add directory'?

I have used ‘Add Directory’ to batch upload a lot of PDF files. In the same folder I have, already resized and named the same as the pdf file, a jpg thumbnail for each file.
Is there anyway to automatically apply these thumbnails to the pdf of the same name?
