  • Yes. Send out messages to all social media accounts you have to let people know how bad the support is.

    Wash, rinse, repeat.

    The author of the plugin (Ludwig Van Normainen it seems) is simply no longer responding…

    ..WHEN I write to get support. I have tried earlier to write from a different email address with a purchase question, and he answers right away.

    Latest email I have written is the one below. Is this in any way unclear?

    Can you PLEASE just answer me? I really can’t see, what the problem is…

    I have purchased a product, that does not work as intended, so:

    1) help me make it work (as you have said you will)
    2) give me a refund

    Can you AT LEAST answer why you can not do one of these two very simple options?

    I’m sorry but these forums really are not for supporting the commercial plugin.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site as you’ve apparently done.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
