Any support at pro version?

    Hi there,
    I have buy the pro version and there are a support forum but I must ask here because I get no answers of my support tickets. My questions are many weeks old and there are no answers. Where is the right place to create tickets?

    There better not be in these forums. The author would get into trouble doing that here.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
