Any suggestions for caching plugin?

    I haven’t been able to use any caching plugin (even without minification or consolidation) due to the htaccess rewrite rules conflicting with the plugin and stopping the translations working, even when the gTranslate rules are at the top of the file.

    Do you have any suggestions for a caching plugin that doesn’t cause problems with translations? In particular with subfolder settings and removing the /XX/ language code part of the URL?

    I personally use Autoptimize, but most caching plugins do a great job.
