Any Suggestions for a good contest plugin?

Hey,

I wanna run a contest on my site. whom ever brings the most “likes” and/or retweets to my site, wins a prize.

I know about wildfireapp and contestburner.com, but they all cost quite a bit of money. does anyone know a free or a cheap plugin with the same functionality?
