    Hello,

I was wondering if there was a stats program besides WordPress.com Stats that works with WP Super Cache? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Ashraf

    What stats programs don’t work?

I’ve never noticed issues with Google Analytics, for instance.

Analytics and WordPress.com work because, as far as I know, they utilize Javascript. Plugins like Cystats don’t work – I am speaking from first hand experience; it made me a sad panda to see 1/10 of the amount of visitors came to my website after WP Super Cache was installed. Then I cross referenced my numbers with Analytics and came to the conclusion Cystats just couldn’t work with WP SC =D.

Statpress Reloaded is one of the alternative “internal” server-based stats plugins that work perfectly together with WP Super Cache (other stats generating options that are “external” – e.g. WP Stats, Google Analytics or Quantcast – work off their own respective servers).

Does Statpress Reloaded really show all page views when WP Super Cache is on? How does that work in that case? The plugin author doesn’t seem to know anything about WP Super Cache:

kallekn – “suck it and see”.

    That’s what I did – and I’m still not sure…
