Any shortcode to display clickable filenames links

Is there any shortcode to display all the file names with clickable links in a particular download or category??
I.e:
category:newnew: new download id-1234
new download (1234): a.zip, b.zip, c.zip
display all clickable links:
a.zip
b.zip
c.zipby clicking on a.zip the user downloads the file
