Any prospects for WP 4.8 compatibility?

This plugin is marked as only compatible up to WP 4.7.5, any prospects of getting that adjusted (if no actual changes are needed, a simple adjustment to the plugin page to make this clear would of cause be enough).

If there is no prospects of this, I’ll have to eliminate use of this plugin before upgrading to WP 4.8.
