Any problem with my child theme code?

    Hello,
    I have created a child theme to Twenty Ten. I am not technically sound and not sure of the changes. Some of my friends are saying that the theme is not displaying properly in IE version. But the site is working and looking fine on my system. Can somebody please check and inform if any issues are there with the code. url is https://www.indiavidya.com
