Any plugins do this?

  • I’m looking for a way to make my wp blog resemble this site https://www.fastcolabs.com.
    The two elements of this site that I would like to replicate are the large image at the top of the page with content ( in a red border) partially covering the image.

    The other element I’d like to replicate are the post images in the right sidebar with post title underneath. When clicked, they lead to that post. I’d like if the posts that appear here were random.

    These two elements are site wide.

    Can anyone help me with this?
