Any plugin to block visitor ip based on the latitude and longitude

    Hello wp members
    Do you know of any ip blocking plugin which can block visitor ip based on the inputed latitude and longitude ?

    All that i am finding are plugins [free or paid ones] which block the whole country, while i was looking to block a small area, i know the ips latitude and longitude, the ip being dyanamic the latitude & longitude stays the same everytime…
