    Quite often when my clients report issues via email it is much easier for me to log a ticket for them than to ask them to report the issue after “reporting it” via an e-mail to me.. Any plans to add admin ticket creation to this plugin??

    and SURE I could use the guest ticket form, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to open a different browser JUST to log a ticket for a client..

    It’s planned but we do not yet have a eta for this feature.
    I would assume it will be included within approximately a month.

    Hello,

    With the 1.2.3 (just released) it’s now possible to create ticket as admin.
    It will automatically search the WP User db for the user/email on typing.

    this functionality will be expanded up on the next release where it will be able to search wp and osticket db, ontop of that allow to type in a email your self.
