Any link leads to RSS

    I recently upgraded to 2.1 and everything seemed fine until I found that:
    A) All links sent straight to the RSS feed (pages, categories, etc)
    B) I cannot find the permalink structure options anywhere.

    Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone know of a solution?
