any integration with ZOHO CRM or ZOHO Flow?

    client uses BIGIN CRM from Zoho.
    Previously they were using zoho forms embedded on website, which were being unreliable, so I switched to use WPFORMS with ZOHO Flow to get the data into BIGIN.

    Alas wpforms turned out to also be unreliable as it doesn’t work well with caching plugins, and it will block visitors from submitting forms that have been cached. Which means lots of lost leads.

    I would like to use forminator, but do not see any way to integrate this with Bigin for zoho flow?

    I hope you’re well today!

    Currently Forminator doesn’t provide direct integration with Zoho. It may be possible to set is through a “middleman” such as e.g. Zapier (via webhooks, unfortunately those are paid as far as I’m aware) or e.g. Google Sheets if Zoho products provide those.

    Another “middleman” worth checking would be mailparser.io which seems to have Zoho CRM’s integrations built-in. The approach here would be to set Form to send notification to a special e-mail address (given by that service) and then set e-mail parsing rules there and it should allow to integrate it with Zoho.

    Please note though: I have never tested it and while I know of some cases of it being used for integrations that Forminator doesn’t support out of the box, you’d still need to test it on your own.
