Hi, i can tell you.
You define your rss address and other parameters, once done, just check if all is ok in the “Debug” tab. Here you should see some preview of the fetched rss feed if you typed correct address etc. In some case you want to use feedburner…
The plugin will now create a post with the “digest” of the rss inside of it each time it runs (you decide days and hours by configuration page).
Now, you decide how many items it will contain by configuring parameters (minimum and maximum item per fetch).

Also after the 3.5 wordpress release, this plugin will no longer work, but lucky you i have an up to date version on my blog.
