Any help out there for novice

Hi my site https://www.getmefive.com has literally no visibilty on search engines.I have submitted it to all the sites weeks ago.
When the url is typed a description is displayed that i dont want (a random piece of text from homepage)

so my questions are

1.how do i get me site visible when searched in google etc ‘getmefive’ and ‘get me five’in search engines.
2.how do i permanently change site description to a standard description.
3.any advice for a novice appreciated when you have a general look at site
