Any good alternatives to the Post Editor Buttons plugin

    The Post Editor Buttons plugin is broken in wp 3.1. Does anyone know of any good alternatives. I have been searching for one for the past hour now. I dislike the visual editor and prefer the HTML editor, however, I really don’t like having to type the same code over and over (ie. h1, h2, h3)
