I’ve verified the url/email/password 100 times.
It doesn’t matter if I list the https or http version of the url, nothing is working, and I am not able to the see the error as well.
the subdomain email.smbmessenger.com is indeed the installation url.

Hello @vkbeall ,

Can you double-check if you enabled API and HTTP Basic Auth in your Mautic installation?
I have tested Muatic integration and it connected correctly on my lab site.

Another thing to check: are you using any other plugin that connects to Mautic on your site? If yes, can you try to disable it temporarily?

thanks for looking into it kasia, I can confirm that those 2 options are turned on. I don’t have any plugins that I can think of that are connected, there may possibly be 1 somewhere.. but I’ll double check.

Perhaps are there any other factors that could affect the integration, possibly connected to the web panel (I’m using centos web panel). If ports are turned off? SSL requirements of some kind? anything else you can think of?

Ok i disconnected the other 2 mautic plugins, and it still didn’t work ??

Hi @vkbeall,

The bug is happening when there’s no list created on Mautic, if you have a list already then it should work fine.

If you’re still having issues with this can you try performing a full conflict test (not just other Mautic plugins) by disabling all of your other plugins and switching to default WP theme.
Try to connect after that and if it works enable them one by until you see which one is causing the issue and we can debug it further from there.
