    Hi Support team,
    I am facing a weird problem,
    In the start, Plugin was working fine and now when a user creates a post (Custom Posttype) then plugin is not sending any email. I have configured multiple emails for different stages, But none of the emails are going out not even the test email. And for confirmation, I also tested if site is sending emails. So all other parts of the site are sending emails, But only emails through this plugin are not going out.

    So Please let me know what problem might be causing this issue. I have already purchased 3 Premium addons from your website for custom fields and scheduled emails and one more.

    Thanks for your message.

    Providing that WordPress and BNFW are up-to-date, if you’re not receiving the test email (which almost always works), then it sounds like a server issue or issue with wp_mail.

    Can you install and configure the Post SMTP/Email Log plugin and see if this helps?

    Hi,
    I had already installed WP Mail SMTP But on your recommendation, I installed Post SMTP And configured it, and as per my testing, I can see that BNFW is sending email to default notification email, I mean the email that I use to send outgoing emails. So it doesn’t send emails to all those who emails who are assigned in Send To or Cc or Bcc fields. So this is the error. Please check the attached screenshot of my current configuration.

    Hi @manishb510,
    If you’ve installed the Post SMTP plugin and it’s not sending out emails correctly. It could be a couple of issues, such as another plugin or the theme is causing a conflict and overriding BNFW.

    How many users are you trying to send to and how many users is it actually sending to?

    Can you disable the Custom Fields add-on and re-test to see if this is causing the issue. If the issue might be the Custom Fields add-on, I can’t provide support for that here and instead, would need you to open a priority support ticket instead.

    Okay, I will check this solution, by disabling the custom fields addon. and if it doesn’t work then I will create support ticket on your site.
