• I’m on 2.2.1 I stopped updating it even though I have a pro version as was fed up with the new releases always been so dodgy and support awful (new version breaks site and they just say to wait a few weeks for a new version, not acceptable for such an expensive yearly plugin).

Now I’ve received the emails about a major update, obviously I wont update it now as it seems like another dodgy release.

But will my 2.2 stop working eventually?

Seeing as you have to delete the plugin to upgrade from this will I lose all of my social media data that I have put in? This is over 1’000 posts and would be weeks of work to replace if all lost.

Doing this publically for support as the private ticket support has always been very substandard.

  • I am on version 2.3.5 with the pro version. I certainly won’t be updating until the new version is stable. As for having to delete before updating, well, it’s just plain stupid. After previous episodes with this plugin, I am starting to wonder if the developers really know what they are doing. Nice plugin, and happy to pay for it, but I will never turn on auto-update for this plugin. It can’t be trusted that far. So @anjznen, you could update to 2.3.5 without a problem, but if I were you, I would stay with what you have. It will keep working until this latest version is stable enough to use.
