Any commercial support?

    Is there any commercially available support for this plug-in?

    We really like this functionality but have not been able to get new pages to work with this plug in.

    We have been able to get copies of old pages to work however!

    Seeking –

    1) bug support / reliable plugin
    2) similar great style and coding
    3) more options for headings and other additional and omitted text
    4) potential for dynamic PDF fillable forms to be generated from a html webpage.
