Any automatic image resizer plugin?

hey guys! I’m wondering if there any plugin which can automatically resize my image and paste them on my post.

for example, if my image, i want to paste in my post, is bigger than the required size, such a plugin automatically reduces its size to the certain required size? or vice versa?
