Any advice on a new plugin to use?

I’ve been using this plugin every time I need to clone a site on my multisite to quickly have a template for a new site.

I’m afraid to upgrade wordpress for fear this will break.

Any thoughts on a replacement? I see NS Cloner, not sure if it will do the same thing? And will my older sites break?
