Antivirus: Is it really a threat???

Hey guys, got this antivirus plug-in. After which I got emails and messages on dashboard everyday saying that there may be suspicious threat after the daily scan, and recommend me to do a manual scan. Which I did and got some red errors:

So guys pls advice. If they are indeed threats to be rectified pls guide me on the steps on how to resolve it. Thanks so much
