Hello, today I found the following message “Antispam token is invalid” and the form was not sending messages. Checking the FAQ I have seen that it could be a problem with the cache. I am using WP Optimize and by deactivating it and using another cache plugin (WP Super Cache) the error has disappeared and now the form does send emails. Before the last WP Forms update, this has never happened before.

Just bringing this to your attention.

    Thanks!

    Hi @geetar,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Regarding the alert “Antispam token is invalid”, this issue can indeed be caused by caching. Our guide here provides more details. If the issue persists, please follow the steps listed under the Solution section of the guide.

As for the issue where the form isn’t sending emails, please first verify that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, we recommend using an SMTP plugin to ensure emails are sent as authenticated. Check out our article on recommended SMTP options for setup tutorials. This should help resolve any email delivery issues with your form notifications.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
