Anti spam first seen by customers

    Hello,

I have this plugin and pay for a bunch and have been using it for a long time. I am getting complaints from my customers that when they first go to their website or when people visit their website, there is a countdown with an anti-spam thing that pops up first and this is VERY annoying, and I cannot have this on my sites.

Please tell me what to do so when people visit any website using this plugin under my premium account with you, they do not see that ugly screen first before anything.

    I turned off anti crawler and it still shows up. Seriously, this needs to be addressed as I wont be renewing as clients are getting pissed at me due to this screen showing up befroe even thier website loads!

    Please be sure that the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin on the mentioned website is up to date. The latest version is 5.169.1.
    In addition to the Anti-Crawler, you can disable SpamFireWall (WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> uncheck SpamFireWall option).
    And finally, if you use any cache plugin, please clean the website cache.
