Anti-Malware plugin, how to get rid of "potential" threats

    I am doing Anti-Malware plugin scans and it highlights known threats in red, and I can remove them. However, the “potential” threats don’t have a way to delete them, and some of them I can see are obvious bad files. How do I get rid of them?
