Anti- crawler protection is activated for your ip

    If we go on the ip from my office to a website with cleantalk on it. It says Anti- crawler protection is activated for your ip. After 30 seconds is goes to the website.

    What can we do to solve this?

    Hello @keeslamper

    It means that Anti-Crawler detects many site hits from your IP address and block it.

    Three ways:
    1) Disable Anti-Crawler in the plugin settings (not recommended)
    2) Increase the Anti-Crawler threshold in the plugin settings.
    3) Whitelist your own IP address in the SpamFireWall lists. Use mask /32 for your IP address and whitelist the subnet. Guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/sfw-blocks-networks
