We are getting the anti spam crawler splash screen when loading pages. This is going to be a pain for people coming to visit our website, and a deterrent if they see it.

We understand that it should only appear if the traffic from a certain IP address exceeds the defined threshold, but currently we are able to replicate it on multiple home wifis with only one person trying to access per those IPs.

Are we able to disable this splash screen without losing the protection, or increase the visits per IP threshold before this screen appears?

    many thanks

    Hello.
The Anti-Crawler is the feature to block bots and parsing scripts.
If the Anti-Crawler option is activated for a normal visitor for some reason, it can be easily bypassed in 3 seconds.?
And if you are really concerned about the Anti-Crawler simply disable it in Anti-Spam settings: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> uncheck the Anti-Crawler (at the end of the list) —> Save Changes.
It will not affect the webform protection.
