Answers do not expand out instead goes into another page

  • This FAQ plugin is really the most user-friendly plugin I found, however, the answers do not expand below the question when it is being clicked, instead it goes into a new page that shows the answer.
    I’ve look through the forum for answers and tried the solutions given, but it still doesn’t work. Please tell me what I can do. Thank you!

  • Hello, were you able to resolve this? All of sudden I am having the same issues. I updated the plugin and WordPress install to 3.5.2. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    How can i correct the conflict?

    I have the same issue on my faq’s page. It used to work fine but now it’s not and only noticed this today. Something must have changed when an update has taken place.
    Iwish – What’s this about a javascript conflict and where do you check the consoles?
    I was quite happy with this plugin but will have to move onto another one if there is no fix for this.
