Answers didn't save when first entering questions

Just entered seven questions, along with answers, into a new quiz. It did not save any of the answers the first time, but did when I edited them afterward.

Each question had Single Answer selected, Required Question checked, had four answers each with points assigned, and no answer was set as the correct answer.
