Another way of logging in?

  • I’ve noticed many WP sites do not have the login link at all. Is there another way to login to edit, compose etc?

  • You may find that since a lot of sites choose to not allow people to register they remove both links and just enter the url themselves.

    I have a shortcut in my favorites. Once I logged in and got my cookies set, I deleted the links. I don’t allow others to register, and I’m the only admin user there is.

    There’s also that little “Edit This” link you can set up nearly everywhere. Which is nice…

    You could bookmark wp-login.php .

    Thanks a lot guys! I feel so stupid, I should have tried bookmarking the login page. LOL

    Actualy, all you need to do is bookmark the wp-admin directory. If you aren’t already logged in, it will re-direct you. And if you are logged in, then that’s one less thing to do.
