Another Update Error

Hello, I have a really confusing problem regarding about my WordPress website. First, I want to say, yes, I’ve already done my research how to fix this missing temp folder, but none of those work. After a week or so, I’ve decided to ask on this forum.
So, every time I wanted to update some plugin or theme, it came with this error :

Update failed: Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.

And then I tried to search how to fix this problem, but the problem is, all the solutions offered were only occurred in a state that they were unable to upload images to the website. While in my case is a little bit different, I’m still able to upload some images and documents to the website, it works perfectly, but I can’t update plugins, download plugins or update WP version.

I tried to check the definition (‘WP_TEMP_DIR’, dirname (__FILE__). ‘/WP-content/temp/’); on my wp-config.php and it’s there. I also check the Temp folder in WP content folder, and it’s there.Can someone pls help? Sorry if I’m confusing you, English is not my first language and I’m totally new to this website thing.
