Another time zone question

  • We don’t get a list of cities for time zones or an indication what is local time based on the selected UTC offset, just a statement what is UTC time. This is a new installation of 2.9.2 running with PHP version 5.2.13, no plugins except the two that came standard, and we get this result even with the default template activated. We have downloaded and activated a few different templates to try them out.
