Another The pages do not match! problem

Hey everyone! After some searching and reading, I’m still unable to solve the The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found! problem. I’ve enabled debugging and below are the logs.

Does anyone know a fix to this? I read somewhere I need to set 755 on ./cache and some others say I need to disable all plugins etc. Which method of fix should I go for?
