• Every new version crashes something… it’s unbelievable this is supposed to be the best PAID plugin in the market… can’t wait to find an alternative.

    Customer service is useless, and unhelpful.

    The latest version doesn’t allow to change the currency in every page, just gives error and then empty the cart, I had to replace it with the older version.

    Talking more in general many users and I several times open tickets on your support portal asking about the same thing: on the backend adding different prices manually doesn’t work, they are just not saved. I am adding them from the DB manually to have it working.

    Your usual replies are: test with the new version which will solve the problem, or test it without any other plugin and default theme. Which I did several times, and still it doesn’t work.

    It’s just an unfortunate plugin, I will move on as soon, but I discourage anyone to use it if they are starting from scratch a project. Really really buggy.

    It could be something that is specific with your install (perhaps another extension) that’s causing this.

    That would explain why these issues don’t come up in our testing.

    If you reported this on the WPML support forum, can you please let me know the ticket.

    I could help more quickly if you send me the details needed to replicate this. i.e. steps to reproduce each problem and perhaps a duplicator package that will make it even easier for us to see the problems in action.

    No thanks, I found better solutions.

    A quick search on your forum will show how many people had the same problem or very similar ones.

    Every wordpress setup has multiple extensions installed, good plugins should not crash the website at every update! It was working fine until last version, nothing else has changed!

    mihaimihai of course it’s a problem with some other extension, but other multicurrency plugins -your cheaper competitors- are less fragile, considering the cost of WPML, my only regret is we paid for WPML hoping it was the best complete solutions, but it revealed to be the not reliable at all

    We don’t have data to replicate this unfortunately or to understand what the exact problem is. Will keep an eye out for, perhaps, another user who will experience the same issue and be willing to cooperate with us for fixing it.
