Another step value for out of stock

Great plugin, congratulations. Only a question – suggestion for improve:
– To be able to define another “Step Value” for “Out of Stock” status.
In my opinion as store manager it′s ussual can not offer the same “step values” in “backordered” (out of stock) products and “in stock” products.
In my case, this plugin will be useful only with a second input: ” Out of Stock Step Value”.
I′ve tried with 2 rules with different step values (in stock vs out of stock) and different priorities, but doesn′t works ??
