Another spin to famous Kubrick

  • I have made certain changes to Kubrick(Ryan’s adaption) and results are very good. Kubrick indeed is very close to perfection.

    Here are the changes I made
    1. It is now a 820px wide fixed column.
    2. Of course the color
    3. Increased the width of narrowcolumn on index page
    4. Increased the width on widecolumn on single page

  • I like the colour but have you tested your site on a 800×600 px setting? It might look pretty cut off with 820 px wide column.

    Links along the top (in div id “navcontainer”) need to be repositioned, as they scroll off to the right of your header when the browser is wider than 1024px.

    Browsing your site at 1600×1200 (or anything very large) makes the links at the top float to the right, and extrude past the container.

    Thanks for the “navcontainer” position bug :D. I have corrected it and tested it for usability for 800×600, 1024×768, 1200×1024. Don’t know how it will look on 1600×1200.
    I did test it on 800×600. I agree there is a horizonal scroll bar introduced due to wider width. But I am living with it for the time being ??

    I like the site but unlike your earlier commenter, the color is a little loud for me. Great content, nice layout!
