another small featured image in content

After I publish a post, it suddenly appear another small featured image in the post content.

Or you can see it lively here : https://www.acivn.com/100-loi-khen-ngoi-day-cam-hung/I did nothing to the theme file. I also double checked the content of that post, there was no img tag at all. I also delete the featured image and re-up it, it still there. I wonder what happen?
