Hi, sorry to open this again, but now we found that (ir)regularly your plugin would block ALL css to be executed on the website, and rendering it thus useless.
Do you have a (very fast coming) fix planned for this, or nothing like that for the next days, and we should better look for another similar plugin?
    Thanks!

Can you please provide us more specific details on the blocking issue, does this blocking occur on plugin activation or on executed schedule? An example would be very helpful. We want to make sure the fix planned addresses this case as well.

For a timeline on the fix, we’re bundling it with other updates and fixes planned, as a result, the fix won’t be ready for about 7-10 days. If possible we will definitely try to get the next release out sooner with the CSS improvements.

Hi, it’s not on plugin activation. It’s really irregular. Today was during the time that the shop was supposed to be closed, but other days this problem didn’t occur during closing hours. It did occur (i’m ‘only’ 90% sure of this) on other times, when shop was functioning normally in ‘open’ regime.
The problem did occur already 4 times in the last two weeks that i was working on the site however.

Ok good to know it’s not occurring on activation. We were hoping to have a bit more solid reproduction steps, so we could test and verify a fix, but sounds like you haven’t been able to isolate those at this point.

Based upon the behavior you described, we also suspect it could be triggered and related to a cron job event as the plugin uses this for the schedule functionality, do you know of any other cron jobs on your site that might be occurring around these ‘bug’ events? This could be triggering the conflict, it would be good to try and identify which one, so we can address as it might be different from the CSS.

Overall, if this happens again while you are working on the site, before we release a fix, can you take a screenshot, grab any developer console errors, check cron jobs that occurred and note the steps you were doing before it occurred. If you don’t feel comfortable posting this to the public forum, add a support ticket directly to us at https://www.bizswoop.com/submit-ticket/

    Hi,
if there’s a conflict with another plugin (no other cron jobs apart from plugins) then it should be either:
PI WooCommerce order date time and type
    and/or
Print Google Cloud Print GCP WooCommerce

Sure, if I see a pattern, I’ll inform you.

Hi, as I’m not really working with that website anymore (it’s finished, only missing your plugin right now), I won’t be able to give any additional info that could be useful. How are you with the fixes doing?

But what I wanted to ask now: does your premium plugin suffer the same issue? If not, I’d buy it now.

Our release timeline for this latest build has been a bit longer due to WooCommerce 3.8 and WordPress 5.3 hitting us at once, plus we are working on new features and improvements to the plugin.

Rather than delay the fix any further, we have decided to push a hot fix for only the CSS issues flagged. The hot fix should land today version 2.0.11.

    (@petrp)

Great! Both versions will be hot fixed, i presume? Thanks!

To clarify, what do you mean by both versions?

well, the premium and the free one!

The CSS fix will apply to all add-ons for Order Hours Scheduler.

Just quick note. The WordPress forum has a strict policy that we are unable to discuss any topics around premium or paid add-ons, for pre-sales or support.

As a result, if you have any questions, we’d be happy to answer them all, just go direct to us at bizswoop.com and either start a chat or support issue.

The CSS hotfix is now live in release 2.0.11, the forum post is being closed now as fixed.
