Another Restore Hangs issue

    I backed up my WP site. I created another site in a subdirectory and loaded WP. The site opened and I added the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
    I started the Migrate option and it uploaded and copied the files.
    When it gets to Copy DB it just spins in a counter clockwise direction. I tried to open another window to go to the permalinks but it couldn’t find the login page I had used to load the plugin. The entire backup file is 326,957KB.
    I did not do anything in the Replace options.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Could you let me know what your mysql.connect_timeout and max_execution_time are set to?

    I am now able to pull up the login page but it does not recognize my login.
