• How do you fix this?

    Upon placing a successful order, a few moments later there will be a new product order from the same customer.

    The first order is marked as complete but the status of the 2nd new order is “On hold”.

    *Note: they are only billed from the first order

    I don’t have PayPal identity token or API credentials since it is sandbox but probably won’t have it too once we go live.

    Hi there,
    Usually this issue appear if you’re using PayPal identity token.
    Are you using the default PayPal gateway ?

    Are you using the default PayPal gateway ?
    – Yes, all checkouts are done with Paypal’s default checkout process but currently PayPal sandbox is activated.

    I am experiencing the same issue as well.

    I though I had it fixed, but 40 minutes after the test checkout, the second order appeared again.

    Mine is also crediting it as a second transaction entirely, calculating the two sums into total sales.

    Hello,
    the plugin creates, a day before the renew date, an order in status on-hold to renew the subscription, waiting PayPal IPN.
    What is you billing recurring period?
