Another option – Default Classic – keep Gutenberg as secondary option

So – we are some of the rare people that actually like Gutenberg – in fact – a small portion of our staff prefer it. However – even the ones that prefer it – use the classic editor most of the time – mostly due to plugin incompatibility. We would prefer an option where:

Classic Editor is default for new posts/pages.
Gutenberg is option for new posts/pages.
Default for edits is whatever the page/post is created with.

If a page/post is created in Gutenberg – when clicking edit – it would open in gutenberg, if created in classic – it would open in classic. I would also have the option to edit in the alternative editor at which point – if saved – the default would become that editor.

Can this plugin do that – is there a plugin that does?
