    Hi,

    Yesterday we had a customer that had live sales, and everyone had trouble when paying with Klarna through the FB built-in browser. Vipps through Klarna worked as expected.

    Was there any issues yesterday for Klarna?

    No incidents from yesterday when I look at https://status.klarna.com/.

    Do you know when in the payment process the issues occured? Did any error-message appear?
    Could you please send a link to your site?

    Yes, I tried myself and the error occured after signing with BankID. It returned to klarna page where “Ops her skjedde det en feil..” and a button that said “Jeg skj?nner”.

    Hi,

    I am not able to recreate this issue in my test Klarna Checkout environment with the latest version of the plugin. I tested via the Facebook browser without any issues.

    Since you mention that the issues appear after the BankID step which is in the Klarna modal/Payment process in Klarna i suggest that you contact the Klarna Merchant Support if they are able to see any more information about this in their logs. As developers of the Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce plugin we are not able to see any information/logs from when the customer is in the Klarna modal.
