Another ‘How is this used?’ question

I’ve had this installed for a couple months. My intent was to get a list of new bot/spam registrations that were not activated by email clicks. The Signup page has no items. Is that telling us all of the bots are also processing the email challenges?

Or… If I look at the recent registrations and they are not in the Signups list, does that mean they have not actually signed up yet?

Really, this plugin is somewhat of a mystery, the Readme info doesn’t provide this info, another inquiry was ignored, and the plugin is now out of date. Is it time for this plugin to retire and get uninstalled?
