Another “fatal error” problem with a plugin? Really the other plugin’s fault?

Seemingly after the last Matomo update, I have been unable to access the “full reporting” section and am met with this error message:

It also prevents stat tracking altogether. I see others have posted similar problems with other plugins. Are we sure this is not a Matomo issue? I will also post over at the Hustle support page to see what they say.
